Good location, friendly front desk staff.
The room had some issues. The toilet bowl leaked, the room safe did not work and the balcony door wasn't 100% secure. I reported the issues to the FD staff and they recorded them but the issues were not addressed.

too expensive considering the facilities
the food is delicious, the location is quite good very close to the beach and shops.
- The staff is rude and arrogant... I almost fell down the stairs and an employee was coming and he didn't care so much that he hit me without care. people look stressed and rude. only one receptionist and one guy were kind. - You can't use the elevator if you come wet and with sand, really, in a beach hotel? - absurd charges for everything and expensive. - the facilities need maintenance, the place looks run down. different from the photos! - There is only one elevator and the place is very big and it was full. - housekeeping carts are always in the halls... all day!

Disappointing overall, expected at least a proper working shower and clean towels.
The location was convenient for our stay. The air condition was probably one of the only good factors of our stay.
Stained towels, stained sheets, the body wash and the toilet paper were never replenished. The food was way below our expections. It clearly stated that it was a buffet however, we had the food served for us. There was absolutely no internet connection in our room. The shower facilities in our shower were poor especially our shower which barely had any power which was a struggle to shower everyday.
